As this website includes both the Walla Whiz Crome / Breeding & Stallion Services section and the TomTom Online Shop, different parties are responsible for data processing depending on the area or service used.

5. Contact Form and Email Communication
A contact form is available on the website. Information entered into this form is used to process the relevant enquiry and is sent to the central contact address breeding@walla-whiz-crome.de.
When you contact us directly by email, the personal data you provide will also only be processed to the extent necessary to handle your enquiry, communicate with you, or take pre-contractual or contractual measures.
6. Breeding, Breeding Contracts and Semen Orders
Breeding contracts can be downloaded from the website as PDF files. The download itself does not generally result in the collection of additional personal data beyond the technical data generated when accessing the website.
Completed breeding contracts are returned by email to breeding@walla-whiz-crome.de.
The personal and contractual information contained in these documents is processed for the purpose of handling the breeding contract, communication, organising semen orders and performing the relevant contractual relationship.
Breeding contracts and related documents may be stored digitally in Google Drive. Google services are therefore used for this purpose. Access is restricted to persons or service providers who require the information for the relevant processing or support activities.
These may include Martin Bachmann, Marina and Chartbakery°.
Where necessary to fulfil a particular breeding order, required customer, contractual and order information may also be transmitted to the relevant breeding station or semen shipping facility. Depending on the particular order, these may include Riverside Ranch or Olandini Performance Horses.
Only the information necessary for the relevant processing will be shared.
Payments for breeding services, breeding contracts and semen orders are processed outside the website. No online payments for these services are processed through the breeding section of the website.
7. Online Shop and Shopify
The TomTom Online Shop is operated using the Shopify e-commerce platform.
Shopify processes personal data to the extent necessary to provide and operate the Online Shop. This may include technical usage information, customer information, order information, payment information, delivery information and account information.
According to Shopify, personal data relating to customers from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland is initially processed through Shopify International Limited, Ireland.
Shopify may use affiliated companies and subprocessors. Personal data may therefore also be processed across national borders. According to Shopify, the applicable data protection safeguards are used for such transfers.

8. Shopify Network Intelligence
Shopify Network Intelligence is currently enabled for the Online Shop.
Shopify may combine customer data with information from interactions with Shopify and other Shopify merchants to provide enhanced services.
These services may, among other things, be used to personalise the shopping experience, better understand use of the Online Shop, provide security and fraud prevention functions and – where legally permitted and selected by the user – provide more relevant advertising.
Other Shopify merchants do not receive direct access to the customer data of this Online Shop.
Where consent is required for particular processing activities, the relevant privacy and cookie settings will be respected.

9. Customer Accounts
Customers can create and sign in to a customer account in the TomTom Online Shop.
The personal data necessary to create, authenticate and manage the customer account is processed for this purpose.
Information stored in a customer account may be used in particular to manage orders, simplify the ordering process and provide customer-related Online Shop functions.
10. Payments in the Online Shop
External payment service providers are used to process payments in the TomTom Online Shop.
Shopify Payments
Card and wallet payments are processed in particular through Shopify Payments. Depending on the payment methods available and selected at checkout, these may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
The payment, transaction, order and identification information required for processing the payment may be transmitted to the payment service providers, financial institutions and payment networks involved in the relevant transaction.
PayPal
PayPal is also available as a payment method.
If PayPal is selected, the information required to process the payment is transmitted to PayPal and processed in accordance with PayPal’s applicable privacy provisions.
Payment information is only processed or transmitted to the extent necessary to complete the relevant payment, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
11. Production, Fulfilment and Shipping
Shirtigo is currently used in particular for the production, fulfilment and shipping of merchandise products.
For the purpose of processing an order, the necessary information – in particular the customer’s name, delivery address, order information and, where applicable, other information required for production and shipping – may be transmitted to Shirtigo.
Additional production, fulfilment, logistics or shipping service providers may be used in the future where necessary to fulfil an order.
Such service providers only receive the personal data required to perform their respective tasks.
The Online Shop is generally intended to accept international and worldwide orders. Depending on the delivery destination, data may therefore be transmitted to service providers located in other countries.
12. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The website and Online Shop use cookies and similar technologies.
Technically necessary cookies may be used to provide essential functions such as navigation, the shopping cart, checkout, customer accounts, security and privacy settings.
Other cookies or comparable technologies are only used in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

13. Web Analytics and Online Advertising
Google Analytics is currently not used.
The future use of Matomo for web analytics is planned. Matomo has not yet been implemented on this website. Once Matomo is activated, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect the actual implementation and configuration, for example whether Matomo Cloud or a self-hosted installation is used.
The future use of Google Ads and advertising or shop functions provided by Meta/Facebook/Instagram is also planned. Corresponding tracking or advertising technologies, including the Meta Pixel, are not described in this Privacy Policy as currently active services unless and until they are actually technically implemented.
If such services are activated in the future, the necessary privacy information and, where required, consent mechanisms will be supplemented or updated accordingly.
14. Marketing Emails
A traditional newsletter is not currently actively offered.
However, during the Shopify checkout process, customers may have the option to consent to receiving information about news and offers by email.
Marketing communications will only be sent where appropriate consent has been provided or where another legal basis permits such communications.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future, in particular via an unsubscribe link provided in the relevant communication or by contacting us.
Necessary transactional communications, such as order, payment or shipping information, are not affected by this.

External service providers may be used to operate the website and Online Shop and to perform contractual obligations.
Depending on the processing activity, these may include:

- Shirtigo and, where applicable, other production, fulfilment, logistics and shipping providers;
- Google for the storage of breeding and contractual documents in Google Drive;
- Chartbakery° for website, Online Shop, technical and marketing support;
- Riverside Ranch or Olandini Performance Horses for the relevant breeding services;
- hosting, IT, email and infrastructure providers;
- and other service providers where their involvement is necessary for the relevant service.
Personal data is only disclosed to such recipients where this is necessary for the relevant purpose or otherwise permitted by law.
16. International Data Transfers
Due to the technical and commercial service providers used and the worldwide availability of the Online Shop, personal data may also be processed outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area.
Where a recipient country does not benefit from a legally recognised adequate level of data protection, appropriate safeguards will be used where required. These may include recognised standard contractual clauses or other safeguards provided for by applicable law.
